e-Tickets (QR codes) with the ceremony information will be sent to the registered guest(s) by SMS 2 working days prior to the respective Commencement Day. Please ensure you have the e-Ticket for entering the campus/hall. Graduates may also retrieve the e-Tickets for their registered guests via AIMS (Student Services/Alumni Services > Confirmation of Commencement Attendance) when necessary.
Use of e-Tickets
Graduates and guests must access their e-Ticket link and display the dynamic QR code on a mobile device for scanning at the CityUHK campus and ceremonial hall entrances. To verify the e-Ticket’s validity in real-time, the system only recognises live, dynamic QR codes. Screenshots or printed copies will NOT be accepted. To avoid delaying admission to the ceremony, graduates please send the e-Ticket link and instructions to your registered guests in advance.
Graduates will be assigned a seat. Free seating for registered guests.
