If the Black Rainstorm Warning or the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is in force or “Extreme Conditions” is announced by the Government within 2 hours before the start time of a session, the ceremony will be re-scheduled for 21 June 2025 (Saturday). |

If the Amber/ Red Rainstorm Warning or the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1 or 3 is in effect, the event will be held as scheduled. |
