If the Black Rainstorm Warning or the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is in force or “Extreme Conditions” is announced by the Government 2 hours before the start time of a session, the ceremony will be re-scheduled on 22 June 2024 (Saturday) at the same time. |
