House Rules

1. Please do not occupy empty seats with your belongings.
2. Your e-tickets can only be used to enter the hall once. If you need to temporarily leave the hall, please inform the security staff at the entrance to obtain a re-entry ticket.
3. Please put your mobile devices on silent mode.
4. Please do not leave your seat for photo or video taking during the ceremony.
5. As a courtesy to the ceremony, any person who disturbs the event or other attendees will be asked to leave the venue. No demonstration or political, religious or racial propaganda is permitted in the ceremonial hall or other areas. Graduates will be subject to disciplinary actions according to the CityUHK Code of Student Conduct.
6. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the ceremonial hall.

場地守則

1. 請勿將個人物品及花束置於座位上或以任何方式佔用其他座位。
2. 電子門票只能使用一次進入會場。如需暫時離開會場，請通知會場入口保安人員領取再進場許可。
3. 請將手提電話調較至靜音模式。
4. 典禮進行期間，請勿離開座位拍照或錄影。
5. 為尊重畢業典禮，任何人若妨礙典禮活動進行或打擾其他出席者，將被要求離開會場。在會場或其他區域內，均不允許進行任何形式的示威或政治、宗教、種族宣傳。大學可根據大學學生守則，紀律處分相關畢業生。
6. 會場內嚴禁飲食。
