Graduation Tassel

A long, preassembled tassel is attached to each graduation cap/bonnet. The position of graduation tassel is different for awarded graduates and potential graduates. Graduates should make sure the tassel appears on a correct position when they wear a graduation cap/bonnet.
For awarded graduates, the proper position of the tassel is on the left side of the cap/bonnet. On the other hand, potential graduates who have not yet received their awards, typically wear the tassel on the right side of the cap/bonnet.
