House Rules

1. Each person is limited to one seat only. Please do not occupy extra seats with your belongings.
2. Your e-tickets can only be used to enter the hall once. If you need to temporarily leave the hall, please inform the security staff at the entrance to obtain a re-entry ticket.
3. Please put your mobile devices on silent mode and do not leave your seat for photo or video taking during the ceremony.
4. Late-comes will ony be admitted at the appropriate points of the ceremony as determined by the University. The academic unit reserves the right to deny entry to graduates/guests arriving more than 30 minutes late.
5. As a courtesy to the ceremony, any person who disturbs the event or other attendees will be asked to leave the venue. No demonstration or political, religious or racial propaganda is permitted in the ceremonial hall or other areas. Graduates will be subject to disciplinary actions according to the CityUHK Code of Student Conduct.
6. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the ceremonial hall.

場地守則

1. 每位觀眾只限佔用一個座位。請勿以個人物品佔用額外座位。
2. 電子門票只能使用一次進入會場。如需暫時離開會場，請通知會場入口保安人員領取再進場許可。
3. 典禮進行期間，請將手提電話調較至靜音模式及請勿離開座位拍照或錄影。
4. 遲到者只可於適當時間被安排入場。主辦典禮的學術部門有權拒絕讓遲到超過30分鐘的畢業生或嘉賓入場。
5. 為尊重畢業典禮，任何人若妨礙典禮活動進行或打擾其他出席者，將被要求離開會場。在會場或其他區域內，均不允許進行任何形式的示威或政治、宗教、種族宣傳。大學可根據大學學生守則，紀律處分相關畢業生。
6. 會場內嚴禁飲食。
