On-campus Photo-taking Arrangement
After the ceremony, graduates of 2022 are welcome to return to campus to take graduation photos with their family and friends from 5 June to 10 July 2022 by submitting an application via AIMS (AIMS > Student Services / Alumni Services > Campus Access Registration for Graduation Photography) from 1 June 2022, 2:00pm.
To ensure suitable crowd control to provide a delightful experience for graduates and guests, two sessions per day with appropriate quotas, (a) 0800-1300 hours and (b) 1300-1800 hours, will be open for registration. Each graduate may reserve up to three sessions with three guests per session during the abovementioned period. Subject to the availability of the session quota, graduates may freely register for any three sessions within the period above on a first-come-first-served basis.
Upon successful registration, a one-time QR code will be sent directly to the registered email address. The visitor must present this QR code, his/her personal ID and vaccination record/medical certificate on his/her LeaveHomeSafe (LHS) App to the security staff at the campus entrance on the day of the visit. You are advised to read the “Important Notes” posted under the “Campus Access Registration for Graduation Photography” in AIMS before submitting an application.
The University has invited all academic staff to bring along and wear their academic dress on both June 7 (Tuesday) and 17 (Friday) to celebrate the graduation with the Class of 2022 near the photo spots at the University Concourse, 4/F Yeung Kin Man Academic Building. Graduates may register the photo-taking sessions on these two days on a first-come-first-served basis to take photos with faculty members who are available.
